What is Litho-Lamination?
Litho-Corrugated cartons are widely used in the packaging industry as it enables customization in terms of print and style. Corrugated material is known for its strength and protective abilities, while also being economical in price. In order to encourage versatility, the litho-lamination process is an ideal way to print high-quality graphics with bright colours and sharp resolution.
For this reason, packaging manufacturers use the litho lamination process to combine the versatile properties of corrugated with high-quality, custom graphic printing – which is especially important for products such as “buy-in-bulk” items that place the corrugated shipping box directly in front of the consumer.
Litho Lamination is also used for cardboard retail signs, point-of-purchase displays, and floor stand displays – making it a great investment for manufacturers for a variety of packaging and advertising solutions.
In terms of corrugated solutions, UPD has worked with many different industries by helping then choose the right style of carton to suit their product. Combining the print quality of a lithographic result and the strength of a corrugated carton, the litho-corrugated carton is the best option.
This process creates the highest quality lithographic print decoration on a corrugated carton. These products are typically used in the beverage industry and high-quality shelf ready packaging for supermarkets but also support a range of consumer markets, including confectionery, cosmetic, industrial & food.
